NANS is an independent professional training and mentoring brand operated by Quatre Visage FZE LLC, a UAE-registered entity based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. This policy applies to personal information handled through nansapc.com, NANS enquiry and enrolment pages, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, WhatsApp, email, consultation bookings and related programme services.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you contact or engage with us, we may collect:

• name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country and current city;
• education, qualifications, employment history, professional experience, sector, pathway and career goals;
• enquiry details, programme interests, consultation bookings and communications with NANS;
• application or enrolment information, payment and transaction records where relevant; and
• basic technical information such as device, browser, IP address and website usage data where our website or service providers make this available.

Please do not send passwords for professional-body accounts or any information that is not needed for your enquiry or programme.

3. Information from LinkedIn

If you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form for NANS, LinkedIn provides the information you choose to submit, such as your name, contact details, location, job information, qualifications or programme interest. We use it to review your enquiry, contact you, understand your profile and suggest relevant NANS guidance or programmes.

Submitting a form does not require you to enrol. Where the form includes marketing consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
